Eli Tourgeman, President

Eli Tourgeman was born in Panama and was educated at Long Island University, NY, earning a Bachelor’s in Science degree “cum laude”. Mr. Tourgeman was elected vice-mayor of Surfside in 2014. Currently, he is the President of the Surfside Business Association and Liaison for the Surfside Tourist Board.

Mr. Tourgeman’s history in community service appointments included:

Committee Review Member – “Mom & Pops” County district business grants  (appointed by Honorable Sally Heyman)

Mr. Tourgeman has also served in the Miami Dade County Commission, Office of the Chair, Honorable Dr. Barbara Carey-Shuler, received the first Humanitarian Award given by the North Shore Kiwanis Club.

Mr. Tourgeman’s community involvement includes
